WORST SERVICE IN THE LINE OF BUSINESS

Utterly disappointed in Telkom. Waisting money and time just to try and get my contract canceled. Couldn't reach 1 agent on the after 2 hours and various different numbers I tried. Not to mention this was after going to the Telkom shop at The Mall @ Carnival where I waited outside tor nearly an hour wich they then said they couldn't help me I should phone. Not The App nor The website was able to accommodate my request. Very very poor service and Telkom can be sure as soon as I get this contract canceled maybe by the year of 2090 or will be my last business with them ever.
