Worst service in the country!!!!

I have using TELKOM’S ADSL for the past 2 years, network was bad most of the time but I hung in there. I requested a cancellation to switch Fibre last week and with no communication to me or confirmation letter they cut my internet. Here I am thinking when you request a cancellation of service I am giving them 30 notice and they will give 30 days notice in return to get another service provider but NO they cut me off immediately and said the 30 days notice is only for them. I’m sitting here with no internet, no confirmation that my service have been terminated and they have never contacted me no even once. Telkom has the worst service in the country!!!!
