Worst service in South Africa

<p>Telkom is withouth a doubt the most inadequate company in this country. The level of service which they pride themselves in, has made me sick from the first time I had interacted with their representatives.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have logged 3 queries/escalations with the "helpdesk" which I am yet to receive any response on. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have actual recordings of telephone interactions with Telkom consultants where they would hang up the phone whilst in conversation with them - how on earth do you think that is quality service?</p> <p> </p> <p>It would not surprise me if this Hellopeter post also goes unnoticed.</p> <p> </p> <p>The amount of money I pay Telkom each month warrants better service... </p>
