WORST service in South Africa

I took out a Telkom cell phone contract little over 4 weeks ago.

My contract states that I receive 10 Gigs of data for the first 3 months of the contrast.

I have opened 3 cases, one each week, and every time I get told that the problem will be resolved within 72 hours. NOTHING YET. I held on the line for over a 100 minutes for service & once tested how long it would take to get to the manager. I held on for over 15 minutes which is pathetic!!

I want to take out a WIFI contract from them as well, but I hardly doubt that I will ever do business with them. They are worse than MTN!
