Worst service in South Africa

I asked telkom to upgrade my 10Mb line to a 20Mb line about a week and a half ago. On the 7th of Feb I noticed that now I only have a 2Mb line. I didn't ask for a downgrade,so I phoned telkom again they said they will fix it but nothing happened, I phoned again same thing, they will fix it nothing against so I phoned them again on Saterday once again they say they will fix it, by 14:30 nothing I phoned again, now they say I need to wait until Monday because the department that I need to talk to ain't there, so the whole weekend I couldn't do anything with my internet my phones apps doesn't even want to open but I'm paying for a 20Mb line. This is the worst service I have ever had.
