Worst Service in RSA

Telkom is by far the most **** company I've ever worked with! Stayed at home the entire day for them to install my fibre as I was informed they will picth today. Low and behold they did not show, just to call them to be advised that they apparently rocked up at my place, turned around and ****ed off due to my property not being accessible. Are they then mos jas! Clear instruction was given to call me when they are here and the cherry is now when I call them they advised I must wait another 24h to make another appointment due to their own negligence. **** you Telkom
