WORST SERVICE IN MY LIFE

I had a BAD experience with Philani Ndlovu at Telkom Jabulani Mall,I got to a shop to buy a wifi ****le and this young man gave me a attitude.He told me what is required and I gave him all those documents as per request,I thought maybe he woke up on a wrong side of the bed,but the service was getting worse by the moment until I couldn't take it anymore.He then left me there and went to the back,about 7-10 min later he came back,I asked him where he was,he told me he was going to fetch my device.So I asked him why did he not tell me that he going to fetch the device,so he told me he thought I knew.I asked him how could I have know if he has not told me about it.He told asked me that should he report to me if he going to a toilet,what kind of attitude is that for your loyal paying customers?My whole family is using your network, but that kind of service you give with such stinking attitude ?you won't have any customer left.I requested to talk to the manager and he firstly refused then after I asked one of the ladies who works there he then eventually decided to call him.The manager asked him to leave so that he can hear my problem and assist me,he gave him attitude too to a point whereby It nearly became physical.But that manager handled the matter well and he changed the whole bad experience to the a WORLD CLASS SERVICE,You need more worker like him,he deserve all the best that the company can offer him,I thank him for keeping me as a customer HE IS THE BEST ASSET TO THE COMPANY
