Worst service in my life!

if I could I would rate them a quarter of a star! I called Telkom 2 weeks ago for them to install an adsl line at my home. A lady from the call centre and I agreed on a 40mbps line and last week Friday a technician came through and installed the line. the line up to today does not work and I still do not have internet at home. between the sales and technical call centres which each of them keeps referring me to the other I have still not got anywhere. today I went into a telkom shop and they got someone to call me who told me I should ask for a new TIN number. I called the call centre and they are now offline. My argument is that why should it be my responsibility to call all these people when I know what I want and asked for and yet Telkom cannot deliver it? I asked for a package and I'm being given the run around, having to call call centres because Telkom has no idea on what they doing. this is the worst service I have ever experienced and it is frustrating since telkom did not issue the right services to me. I will never recommend Telkom as a service provider to anyone. People have warned me of this and told me that if I had gone with M Web that I would have never had to deal with these frustrations. All I want is my internet activated!
