WORST SERVICE IN MY LIFE

I took up a deal with your partners mondo. A data plan for 20gig anytime + 20 gig nightsurfer. Mondo says they have sent you the correct information as it shows on their system that i am on this plan. The plan i am on with telkom is 5 gig anytime + 10 gig nightsurfer. I never wanted this plan. I want to cancel this service because i never asked for this but yet telkom puts me on it anyway. I am not going to be held responsible for any data that was used. Please come get your package or tell me which store nearest to me where i can drop it off and refund me. i need to take up wifi with another provider, so the sooner you can cancel this the sooner i can put this poor experience behind me. I will never take up another deal with telkom ever again but i will share my experience with my friend and family.

This is my second hello peter complaint as the first one was never dealt with, the reference is : AI ********** . still no feedback, never ever spoke to an agent from Telkom.
