Worst Service in history

I app**** for a telkom service offering online on Friday 05/02/2016. <br> <br> My Bid was accepted and I got a reference number of Ticket Number: # ***. I was told that somebody would call be between 8am and 5pm. <br> <br> NOBODY has called me and now the offer has passed! I have sent numerous emails and even went into Northgate store but NOBODY cares about new business and NOBODY wants to assist me.
