Worst service imagineable - Hellkom

I've been waiting to move my line to my new address for 2 months. No one can assist with any real affect - whether in store or on the phone. I haven't used my internet service for two months. The telephone service agents suggested to order a new service and wait to have the old one cancelled - paying double until resolved.

Telkom if you see this review kindly take action. I don't want to hear the word "escalate". Please credit my account for inaccessible service.
