Worst service I have received from any company.

You have the WORST, most PATHETIC, SHOCKING service!!!! In the month of of June I app**** for a contract. You debited my account to “check” if I have sufficient balance in my account, which I did. Just to be informed a month later that the desired product is out of stock. I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 5 months later Last week I was debited for more than the CONTRACT amount. Your pathetic excuses have me at a total loss. I have a capped line, when it’s finished there is NO way for me to go into out of data rates... But thanks for your pathetic attempt in trying to convince me that this is the case.

Your call center staff are uniformed and just plain rude.

You literally ***** money. You are charging me for services that you are not delivering. I am totally appalled by the lackluster attitude of the people that represent this company.
