Worst service I have received from any business, EVER!

I’ve been in Emailed Telkom numerous times (10+, different email addresses) and the closest I’ve gotten to a response is:

“Good Day Thank you for emailing Telkom We apologise for any inconvinience caused. Kindly explain what is that you would like us to assist you with so that we can be able to understand your query and assist you further thank you. Regards”

Anything after than gets ignored.

As it seems some people actually get helped when posting here, I decided to try. Although I don’t understand why it is necessary for me to complain publicly before someone even considers helping.
