Worst service i have ever revived.

A few weeks ago I complained about telkom not contacting me or answering my emails on Hello Peter, nothing happened about it although the did acknowledge that i had complained. I finally got hold of them to order the LTE package, I was on the phone for more than 45min giving them all my details including banking details and where my LTE router must be delivered. After 2 weeks i had not revived anything from them, not even an email. I then get a call from them asking if I am interested in getting LTE. They have no record of my order and just refuse to help me.<br> <br> I really cant wait for the day i no long re have to deal with telkom and i really wish there was an affordable alternative.
