Worst service I have ever received!

I have been complaining about an uncapped LTE deal that I have with Telkom. I have had a technician come out on the 4th March to sort out the problem only to be told someone will contact me. I have been waiting for someone to contact me since calling the call Centre on a daily basis to get no where. I am paying for a service that I am not getting? They are breaching there contract and I have had enough of the leavl of service I am receiving. I want out of this contract immediately!!!
