Worst service I have ever received
<p>Went into Telkom last week. Signed a contract. Promised that I will recieve what we agreed on Monday past. Thia morning I go and visit Telkom in Somerset Mall where I signed my contract. I was informed that my contract can no longer be fulfilled. Then I was mislead by Miska who informed me that the deal is no longer available. </p> <p>Not even a day later I return, I asked the same question and Tasneem informed me that the deal is actualy still available. I then proceeded to ask why has no one installed the device? </p> <p>They then explained to me that because of my area (although MANY MANY MANY people have been approved and have had internet access) I cant have it. </p> <p> </p> <p>AFTER signing a contract which their manager informed me IS NOT LEGAL and they have the right to cancel my contract WITHOUT my consent or knowledge. </p> <p> </p> <p>I will never recommend this company nor would I ever like to deal with them in future again. I am sorry to those who are in business with them currently. </p> <p>Telkom is a TERRIBLE service provider, their staff are unfriendly, they are not there to help yet enforce products onto you to reach target margins. </p>
