Telkom in my life NEVER NEVER again. Fot allmost a months we had no Internet, no WI-FI and no emails. We have phoned between 10 and 15 times and hold on for ours but with no avail. We have lodge several complaints on Internet Telkom Complaints but also with no avail. One lady informed us that we had no data left. Discusting. After all this an technician visit us and after testings has been done he told us that the rooter is faulty. The nearest Telkom Shop is Kimberley to get a new rooter.. I went to Kimberley but what a desaster. To get helped is going to take more than 3 hours. I am now forced to get another service provider and will NEVER NEVER EVER recommend Telkom.
