Worst service I have ever experienced in my life!!!

<p>I registered online for a Telkom line at the beginning of June and received a reference number via SMS on the 7th June.</p> <p>I then had consultants call me on 2 separate occasions to take down the exact same details I had logged onto the website because they needed "telephonic" applications in addition to the web application (twice)</p> <p>I was told that a consultant would call me back within 10 working days to set up a time and date to come and install the line.</p> <p>I have yet to hear from anyone! Today I called Telkom, held on for over 20 minutes and it seems that no department can help me.</p> <p>After 20 mins on the line, the staff did not once even consider taking down my name or number or reference number.</p> <p>What pathetic service Telkom, you should be ASHAMED of yourselves!</p> <p>Should I hear from a consultant again, I feel to CANCEL this would-be sale!!</p> <p>P A T H E T I C!!!</p> <p> </p>
