worst service i have ever encountered

on the 17th of october i took out 2 new telkom contracts and i received a Huwawei P smart phone. i went into a telkom shop to do the porting of my vodacom number to this new contract. i can make calls and send and receive whatsapps but can not receive calls or send or receive sms messages. i contacted the call centre 4 times, the first lady i spoke to said that this issue would be resolved in 24 hopurs, next one said 72 hours... gave me a reference number and when i went into the shop, they couldnt even pick up the reference number it is now 5 days later and still nothing. i am losing huge amounts of business at the moment. the service is terrible, unlike anything i have ever experienced. no one gives an accurate answer or comes up with a solution. loss of income will be a great law suit to win
