Worst service I got from Telkom Potchefstroom

I recently bought a phone at Telkom in Potchefstroom I left the store with no contract as I was informed that my contract will be emailed to me, I’ve called several times and still they are failing to email me my contract oh and I left the shop with my phone not being setup cause apparently I had to wait for a technician to set it up for me. Worst service I got from them regret why I even went there
