worst service i ever had

<p>every month you guys deduct more than you supposed to. my contract is for R299 a month yet this month it is a R465 +- . i am getting really tired of this.</p> <p> </p> <p>i called the call centre and this person tells me i must be more considerate about what spend. HOw DARE YOU. i know what i spend and how much. please tell me why am i being deducted more than i am supposed to.</p> <p> </p> <p>this is totally unexceptable and before i take action i would like some answers. and is your staff in the call centre not trained ? i am extremely disappointed at the way i was treated.</p>
