Worst service from Telkom retentions services.

Never using Telkom for a phone contract again and will definitely not recommend them to my family. Worst service on the retentions side. I contacted them to close my cellphone contract and pay it up in full. First consultant gave me a certain amount which i paid in full. When i phoned in again to check that they have received the amount there was an additional charge never mentioned by the first consultant. I paid that amount as well and confirmed with the consultant that this amount will be the last amount that i will have to pay towards the account. This month i get another amount debited from my account much larger than the previous amount. So, after I paid it in full and had to pay for additional fees there are more additional fees. Unacceptable and ridiculous
