Worst Service From Telkom Mobile

I had the worst service from Telkom mobile from not upgrading my plan as I instructed them last week and prorata my data to not being able to get any help today when I was following up. Instead I ran out of airtime from my calls with them without getting any assistance. Such a waste of time and money so sickening!
