WORST SERVICE FROM TELKOM FIBRE AND FROGFOOT !!!!!

Telkom is closing our fibre call loggs without sending the technicians out!!! Frogfoot was quick to sell us the product for fibre, however we do not have signal and our router has been red from day 1 and its been 3 months already!!!!!!! We keep getting the run around between frogfoot and Telkom!!!!!!! This is the WORST SERVICE ever from both parties!!! Numerous calls have been logged yet both are throwing their hands in the air!!! We NEED ANSWERS!!!! we are paying for something every month thats not working. ZERO after sales! You are on the calls for 2-3 hours just trying to get through to telkom!!! HOW!!!??????
