Worst service from Telkom Claims

The far worst service I have ever experienced with the Telcom Claims insurance. I have since put in my claim on the 21st of October, till today I am waiting, every time i follow up on email or call I am told it is still in review. Very quick to debit my account but very disappointing service to process a mere claim. No communication as well, the worst.
