WORST SERVICE FROM TELKOM

I have experienced the worst possible service from Telkom with regards to my email account. for more than a month I have had troubles receiving my emails every time I phone them all they tell me is that they will log a call, and when I follow up with my reference number they say my ticket has been closed. I spend more than 30min with a consultant on the line and yet the problem is never resolved. I use my email for work and it is useless to me now. DON'T USE TELKOM
