Worst service from Telkom

My mum who is a pensioner an knows absolutely nothing about phones and contracts took out a mobile contract at Telkom Store @ The Atrium in overport durban The staff were extremely rude an unhelpful Didn’t give her any advise on contracts Sold her a 3 year contract an gave the cheapest Samsung phones they had The phone is heating up, she went back in and the staff didn’t want to help her She’s now stuck with a 3 year R600 contract and low end Samsung A35

Tried called Telkom never get through They have a cancellations line But you sit hours an no one answers
