Worst Service FROM Telkom at Bryanston Shopping Center

Good day,

I am really disappounted in the staff and process at the Telkom outlet at the Bryanston Shopping Centre.

I upgraded my phone almost two weeks ago. It was a phone with a Samsung Tablet bundle. You till today we have still not received the phone or the tablet because every single time they say there is no stop.

I do t understand how Telkom advertises phones without having stick.

I am so syck and tired if the store, the people are so unhelpful. If I get my contract to approved with MTN, I will cancel all my Telkom contracts.

It is the most useless company ever.
