WORST SERVICE FROM TELKOM

I placed an order for a sim data on the 02nd of December telephonically with Nomvelo Cele and till today I haven’t received my order. I call Telkom everyday to follow up and I’m told that the order wasn’t captured and they will fast track it so I can get my order but nothing. On the 17th of December I called again and spoke to Itumeleng who advised that he will email Nomvelo to call me but she didn’t call. No one at Telkom is giving me the right information as to why my order is delayed. I regret going to Telkom and I’ll never recommend it to anyone.
