Worst service from telkom

I am really disgusted with the way telkom treated me after paying my account in full. I had an telkom account for a short time, where i found the service they rendered was not up to standard. I had loads of emails and calls. I decided to close the account and requested a paid up letter where philani told me they do not do it. What a poor ****. He then eventually sent the letter in a format that not even telkom office in century city cannot open. This made me more disgusted in them as the really messed me over. So now i am still waiting for them to send me the letter in a readable format. Please people dont do business with these people they're pathetic and useless
