Worst Service from Telkom

Telkom is the worst company to deal with, they listed me a bad pay while they owe me money which I haven't received. Runaway from Telkom if you want to maintain a good credit score. They also duplicated my account, so they were charging twice for one benefits. I don't understand are they even still allowed to list people.
