Worst service from Telkom

I have called 5 times log a case for money that was debited from my account and every consultant I come across is so *********** because still my problem is not resolved. Please teach your consultants to do their job correctly because at this point you are paying them for nothing. I am extremely disappointed in your service. I have sent a complaint email in great detail of the **** service you have given.
