Worst service from Telkom!

Telkom is the worst!! The branch staff are unhelpful and rude! I have been trying to pay up my telkom account for 2 months! I have called numerous numbers that dont work! I have been into the store twice and have been turned away because they "cant do anything in the branch". I have logged 3 online queries to payup and cancel my contract. They state 7 working days for an agent to get back to you. No response! I refuse to let them debit my account until i get called and get some service! This is the worst service i have EVER received from a telecommunications company. I dont even know how they are still operational.
