Worst service from telkom

Just having the worst service in history with telkom today its been 11 days without any internet and no feedback from telkom, I need to cotact them every time and getting lies from every consultant. I'm paying for a service I'm Not getting. the is the second month in a row this is happening. no wonder everybody is moving away from telkom.
