Worst service from a single company

I signed a contract for my debit order to go off on the last day of every month, then they go and deduct the money from my account on the 23rd, without even notifying me. Now I have to pay the fees from Telkom as well as banking fees, because they decided to deduct it early. They expect us to honour their contracts but then they do whatever they want to do.
