Worst service

So Iam at Telkom once again 2nd time in less than a moth. Forced me to change to fiber lines took them almost 3weeks to install and for it to become working. Now after one weeks of internet and landline working everything is off again. Came to the telkom store at mall @ reds. Amanda the consultant helping me was so rude and unhelpful telling me i should call the technician services as she cannot help they only do sales yet she gave me an option at the door to speak to her about fault logging. Service ia absolutely pathetic
