Worst service

I have endless issues with telkom and im actually getting sick and tired of this... My account was never in arrears but i get handed over to collections as discussed with the last agent my amount due was R203 for the 31/01/2023. I waited on that day for my debit order to go through and it didnt i had to make a call to your contact centre to find out why they didnt take the debit order just to hear that i have to make an eft payment which no1 advised me of.. I made the payment as you know it only reflects few days later. February telkom tried to debit my account on the 15/02/2023 which i never aggreed on my debit date is for the last day of the month.. So which means on the 15th there wont be enough money in my account as i only get paid at the end of the month.. Then on the 25/02/2023 telkom debits my account for an amount of R752. 12..why!! I dont know... Now i get a statement to say that my balance due for end of March is R2000 + because they didnt receive my February payments..why was i handed over to collection's and why wasnt my account debited on the last day of the month because thats when there was enough money in.. Im having endless issues with telkom..i've been a loyal customer for a few years now and i regret it 😡
