Worst service experienced at the Chatsworth telkom branch

I went in store last year in the beginning of December 2023 and placed an order for wifi to be installed at my premises I was told that the order was successful and the installer will be in contact with me within 4 to 7 working days this was done at the Chatsworth Branch

The installer called me and said that he can't come out and install the wifi because there's already a fiber pole on the same property Said I need to go back in store and tell them to put 2 different addresses which I did

I went to the same agent and she did the entire procedure again Just for the installer to come one month later to tell me the same exact thing

So whose not doing they Job correctly??? Has for the service at the store is absolutely ridiculous There's a girl that sits at the front of the store she doesn't smile or greet just stares at you until you ask her something

I'll never recommend Telkom to anyone I think the service from the agents and the people at the store is ridiculous just endless problems and they love making they clients run up and down as if we have no jobs and we have all the money in the world to continue to fill fuel to come see those aggront staff! They agent even gave me her direct number to call her incase of any queries trying to call the her she's doesn't answer
