Worst service experience ever

Worst service experience ever from your Woodlands store, I took my phone in for repairs before my warranty expired and then I was told to come pick it up a couple of days later. I get there my phone hadn't been touched at all, I asked what's going on and the lady says all they said to her is that the phone is out of warranty but when I brought it in it wasn't, she just wanted me to leave so she could assist other people and she wasn't in the least interested in helping me out... I am thoroughly angry and upset and I'm exploring other ways to make sure telkom does what they need to do and that is actually deal with a query.
