Worst service experience at Telkom.

I do not think there is any service provider that is unprofessional and lacks transparency like Telkom. I went to a Musgrave store to apply for adsl. I have been waiting for over a month for installation. I have been to the store to enquire they advised me to send an email, no responds to my emails. I have called their help desk line and spoken to 3 different agents and none seem to be updating their notes on the system so the next person doesn't know. I have received 3 different excuses as to why I have not had any installations. I asked to speak to a Team Leader, who they stated was too busy to take my call. Wow.
