Worst service experience.

The worst service I have experienced with Telkom. I purchased airtime and I vanished without using it. I had not subscribed to anything. I called their customer care line and the lady I spoke to wasn’t helpful either but rude and inconsiderate. My airtime vanished and Telkom basically said it’s non of their business. All I can say is that Telkom is the worst and they don’t care for their customers. I NEED MY AIRTIME BACK!!!!
