Worst service expereinced ever from Telkom

I placed an order with Telkom for ADSL on the 26th of June 2018. After I phoned them several times I got through to someone who could track my order. I received an sms on the 4th July to Pay R700.00 deposit to them via EFT or to make payments in their store, I paid the amount the same day and even after many emails to several people with proof of payment, phone calls etc even today no one has come back to me. They promised to phone me back a week ago yet after more mails no one has come back to me. It is almost 2 months now and still no internet. I never have seen such utter POOR service
