Worst service every

Telkom gave the most terrible service I ever experienced. I paid my contract up 2 March 2023. They still kept on taking their debt orders. I phoned their customer service about 6 times. Every time I phone, they say I need to send the proof of payment, but they never give any feedback. The last 2 times I phoned; they hung up on me after taking my ID number. They never allow me to speak to a manager. So, I phoned my bank to block Telkom and refund my money. And now I can't load data or airtime.
