Worst service ever/I don't recommend this company.

I have experienced the worst service ever, have been using Telkom on all our businesses for a longtime and I have experienced bad service every time i try to deal with Telkom the most recent one is i ordered a Cordless LTE phone for our new business it took 3weeks for them to deliver the phone, eventually received it on the 25/05/21 we realized the phone wasn't activated and we were sent from pillar to post. The order number in question is ***A,we have opened one of the reputable pizza brand and without a phone its a nightmare and we tried a store walk in but the story goes on and on I'm not sure if Telkom is in control of its systems.im seriously considering to look for an alternative service provider.
