Worst service ever***0

I received a message that I should pay a deposit for my order to be prosesd, after calling their service department four times, waiting at least 15 minutes each time for them to answer the phone, not one of them could give me the banking details of this deposit. They refer me to the post office, checkers and pep with a lot of codes and numbers, all these places said that they can't pay with wat was given to me. I don't know if Telkom don't want new business or just employ *********** people. This s the worst service I have ever received from any service provider.
