Worst Service ever/ Wont recommend Telkom to anyone!!!!

I have sent back my "out of box faulty device" on 23 June, therefore I don't have a sim/contract or device as its been cancelled due to Telkom that did not want to give me a new device instead wanted to repair the brand new phone. How come I must pay full price for something that was fixed. almost 4 months later and I am still being billed as well as my credit record that dropped by 71 points due to "non payment" how can I pay for something I don't have. Case was resolved (have case number) and now this. *********** staff!!!!! Someone needs to rectify this immediately!!!!
