Worst service ever with Telkom mobile

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I have sent my Iphone 6s plus for repairs on the 04/04/2017 with Telkom at Marshalltown and I was advised that the repairs will be completed within 2 to 3 weeks, however now the stipulated time has passed and whenever I do a follow up I am always sent to pillar to post without any explanation and what upsets me the most is till this day they unable to give me an exact date as to when i can expect my phone back , this has resulted with me losing out on so much business as I rely on the phone for work purposed.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is very bad service that I have experienced with Telkom as well as with the Finrite insurance Agents. I have resorted to publicly name and shame this company for poor service and false promises.</p>
