Worst service ever, will never recommend telkom to anyone
Log a call regarding my account the 7/03/18, got a sms that the issue was resolved on the 07/04/18. Phoned them to hear what they did, and they had closed the case because of the time period and I had to log a new case, I had phoned them numerous times and not once could anyone assist me. They made a mistake on my account but it seems impossible to get anyone to put through a credit. Everytime you phone the call centre you will hold for hours and then no one can assist you, they escalate the query and then they do nothing.

06 Jun 2018, 14:36They have charged me 3 x for showmax for two months on my first ever account I have received from telkom, I have cancelled showmax with telkom, but I was still not refunded for the x-stra two charges for showmax that was on my account. It is just impossible to get a credit
