Worst service ever. Very rude advisors

The worst service ever in this world. On Friday I bought data on their website for our router and it never allocated to my sim, and when I called them I spoke to an advisor called Lihle Biyela who reports under Menzi Magubane , this advisor was extremely rude and so nonchalant about my query, he even refused to give me his surname saying they are not allowed to, I then bought another one again on Saturday and the same thing happened again,
