Worst service ever - THREE WEEKS of fighting to get a refund

Wish I could give this place negative 5 stars! Been struggling for THREE weeks to get a refund of almost R3k after Telkom WRONGFULLY debited my account after all payments were made via their portal. Spoke to multiple consultants, one who never logged my case, one extremely rude one, none who provided any feedback, one case was never even attended to so it was automatically closed due to expired time, second case was closed without any communication due to wrong info provided by consultant. Jumping through freaking hoop after hoop, phoning in every 2nd day with absolutely no effort to resolve the issue and get my refund. Honestly ridiculous!
